Had a lovely week on the Sun Odyssey 410. Sought out some good winds to have fun, had excellent welcome and helpful staff at the marinas we stopped or overnighted, found calm anchorages in calm bays with perfect clear water, and had good meals aboard and ashore. Lovely coast and destination.

Great introduction to sailing

We had an amazing first sailing experience on a Pogo 44 together with our skipper. Initially we were set to sail with another boat more suitable for a crew that had more experience. However it was well arranged that we could switch to a more comfortable boat which was very valuable!

Initially we had some trouble finding the boat on the dock since it was not really specified or communicated anywhere, but after some phone calls we finally managed to find it.

The plan was very flexible and fully up to the crew to decide whether we stayed the nights at different ports or anchored in different locations, as well as where we decided to sail. Our skipper was very professional and knowledgable, and we got to learn quite a lot during our course!

All in all a very special experience in the sunny mediterranean sea with clear waters and sunny wamr days!

Our trainer Robinson is a very enthusiastic and excellent teacher. He has extensive knowledge and he paid detailed attention to everyone’s needs and safety procedures. We had a great time. And we will take a lesson with him again!

The renter in coordination with GlobeSailor team really went out if their way to areange a perfect experience. Even when travel plans and weather didn't go as planned they were accommodating and just wonderful in helping solve our problems. The boat was well maintained and hassle free. I typically charter from brand names so as to reduce the amount of things I fix during a charter... to my amazement there was nothing needing attention on this boat. Great base location as we were able to pick from many destinations based on wind conditions. A+

Friendly service and a well maintained catamaran

- The check-in was efficient and friendly, although the office is a long way from the dock. That was fine when we returned as the renter gave me a lift, but on arrival, I parked the car by their office and walked which was about half an hour
- The boat was in a good state - pretty new. The only thing we missed was an inverter. No A/C power on the boat so we could not charge laptops
- Easy to provision, you can park temporarily near the dock
- We headed to Cadaques. A favourite spot was Port Lligat... Anchorage at Plage de Paulilles was also excellent. Good beach bar!
- Overall, we very much enjoyed our week.
