The Exumas for a dream cruise

Everything was amazing!!!!!

We were really surprised because we couldn’t expect such a wonderful vacation and organization.
It was our first time in Bahamas and on a private cruise, we were in 2 (me and my husband) and we didn't know the rest of the passengers. We were so lucky and the group, composed by other 3 couples, was great! Actually, everything was perfect!

The boat was great, the captain, chef and service were perfect, the itinerary was amazing… really nothing to add!
Trust Globesailor, is a team composed by professional guys and Sophie really take care of us!

Destinations were fantastic, crew were exceptional, boat was good but had a few issues

Great sailing trip to the Exumas. Very friendly and experienced captain. The chef on the boat created amazing meals with fresh ingredients. Cabins are just the right size to feel comfortable (you don‘t spend much time there ;-) ). The Exumas were spectacular with Iguanas, amazing beaches, swimming pigs, snorkeling at nice reefs. We could even snorkel with reef sharks and black tips. All in all awonderful week on the boat!

We had an amazing experience during our cruise. Our captain Silvio was very experienced, relaxed, open for suggestions, and requested our assistance when needed. We visited beautiful places and stayed the nights at beautiful places as well. Seen a lot of sharks, ray's, and other fish. Catched our own diner (Mahi Mahi) and snack (crab). The catamaran was spacious and had everything to relax and enjoy. The only thing was if the chef liked her job, cause she was not that friendly. Quality of the meals was excellent, portions could be bigger.

We had a great experience with the trip around the Bahamas Islands. The scenery was wonderful and the water was just outstanding. Very lovely and definitely one of the most beautiful places that we have ever visited. The view is stunning. The boat was also nice, the rooms were comfortable and the food served was fine.

However, some aspects of the service need to be improved. One guest was bitten by a pig on the beach because he did not know not to feed it out of the water. And nobody told us anything.

So overall - great trip, location, and boat - but the staff onboard ...

I have taken multiple sails before but nothing amounts to how amazing the exumas on the Bali 5.4. Was. The boat was so spacious and you never felt on top of one another. The rooms had enough storage and the galley was gorgeous. Our captain (Alex) and the chef (Tia) were the best and added to the entire experience. The most beautiful waters I have ever seen and the most relaxing vacation ever.

Tutto molto confortevole. Buoni spazi esterni e dotazioni per il divertimento ok. Skipper e chef eccellenti; disponibilissimi, simpatici e molto professionali. Unico neo: il problema dello scarico della toilette (ma credo sia comune a tutte le imbarcazioni di questo tipo).

Barca in ottime condizioni, comoda la camera superior, bravissimo lo skipper Alex che conosce alla perfezione le isole, unica pecca da segnalare la cuoca/hostess Tia per la totale mancanza di professionalità nei confronti degli ospiti italiani.

È stato uno dei viaggi più belli della mia vita. Il processo di prenotazione con la booking advisor Laura è stato semplice, chiaro e veloce.
L'accoglienza alla base molto calorosa e da lì il viaggio è andato oltre le aspettative. Il catamarano Lagoon 620 era spettacolare per pulizia e comodità. Ogni giorno si visitava un'isola diversa e a seconda delle condizioni meteo il Capitano Alex è stato impeccabile, un vero uomo di mare. Svegliarsi poi con la colazione preparata dallo chef Dudly è stato magico.
È stato il miglior modo per visitare le Exuma e sicuramente in futuro non esiterò a prenotare un'altra crociera con Globe Sailor!

Le capitaine Eric nous ramenait sur des plages plus belles les unes que les autres et Tia nous cuisinait des specialites locales a n'en plus finir ! nous recommandons fortement

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche an Bord des Katamarans.
Der Empfang am Yachthafen war herzlich und einen besseren Kapitän hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können. Er hatte den Katamaran zu jeder Zeit im Griff und führte uns zu tollen versteckten Traumbuchten. Andere Highlights waren das Angeln und das Schnorcheln mit Schildkröten und Haien. Unvergesslich!
Die Hostess hat uns in der Woche mit drei super leckeren Mahlzeiten an Bord verwöhnt. Unglaublich, was sie in der kleinen Bordküche für uns gezaubert hat!
Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Zustand des Katamarans. Er war an einigen Stellen reparaturbedürftig. Außerdem hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn wir spezielle Getränkewünsche oder -bestellungen hätten äußern können. Mitreisende hatten im Vorfeld eine Liste bekommen, wir nicht.
Abgesehen von den genannten Kleinigkeiten würden wir die Kreuzfahrt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! :-)

Vacances inoubliables, catamaran de qualité. Service parfait avec Tia à bord en tant que chef cuisinier qui n'a fait que nous surprendre de jours en jours. Notre capitaine Alex a fais son possible en fonction de la météo pour nous mener dans des endroits clairement paradisiaque. Ce séjour fut génial !

Sentiamo innanzitutto di dover fortemente consigliare la meta della vacanza in catamarano, Exuma Cays, davvero un posto paradisiaco ed incontaminato, un arcipelago con mare dalle mille sfumature di azzurro...
L'accoglienza alla basa di Palm Cay è stata un pò caotica, nel senso che vi era solo un'addetta al desk mentre erano decine le persone che attendevano notizie circa gli equipaggi che si sarebbero formati, tuttavia poi siamo saliti velocemente in barca.
La zona accanto al porto di partenza, all'interno di Palm Cay, è davvero piacevole, sono accessibili una spiaggia dall'acqua cristallina, una piscina ed un bar/ristorante,
Il catamarano assegnato era nuovo, molto pulito ed ordinato e dotato di pinne/maschere per tutti, nonchè canoe e sup che ci hanno consentito di trascorrere bei momenti.
Abbiamo consumato tutti i pasti a bordo, ad eccezione di una cena che abbiamo avuto modo di concederci a Stanyel Cay. Numerosi i punti di scalo che abbiamo apprezzato, Thunderball Grotto, Compass Cay dove, oltre accarezzare gli squali nutrice, abbiamo potuto avere il privilegio di godere dell'enorme spiaggia deserta e poi la magnifica spiaggetta contornata da palme e popolata da magnifiche iguane!
Unica nota stonata... ci saremmo aspettati di mangiare pesce fresco per l'intera crociera, invece abbiamo consumato perlopiù pesce congelato, eppure altri turisti con cui ci siamo imbattuti hanno confermato la pescosità di quei mari e la loro facilità nel pescare.
Infine, tengo a precisare che, a causa di un difetto di comunicazione, non era stato precedentemente segnalato (come avevo invece chiesto esplicitamente) che non consumo carne animale, ad eccezione del pesce.

Super moment dans les BAHAMAS avec Globesailor. Une réelle expérience humaine ou des inconnus partagent des moments inoubliables ! Sites magnifiques, bateau splendide avec un Skipper au top l'ami Yves et un cuisiner digne de très bonnes tables Mister JEFFREY !

Belle croisière remplie de surprises !

Charter by cabin di una settimana alle Bahamas: tutto perfetto. La società di charter è organizzata molto bene e l’accoglienza ed il check in è stato veloce e facile. La barca era perfetta, nuova e pulita. Ottima la compagnia e perfetto l’equipaggio. Skipper e chef sono stati splendidi, ci hanno fatto godere al massimo la magia delle Bahamas.

Superbe semaine dans l'archipel des exumas. Le bateau Lagoon 620 à vraiment tenu toutes ses promesses avec un confort à bord inégalable pour un catamaran de cette gamme.
L'équipage et les autres passagers ont tous été adorables.
Le petit plus a été de pouvoir nager avec des requins. Chose que je ne pensais pas faire là bas.
Juste merci beaucoup pour cette semaine !

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre voyage. C'est vraiment une très belle croisière. Le bateau est superbe. Nous avions un peu peur d’être les uns sur les autres mais finalement il y avait de la place pour tout le monde. Notre capitaine Alex est génial, très sympa et à l’écoute. Il n’a pas hésité à répondre à nos questions concernant les Bahamas et ses alentours ainsi que sur le bateau. Nadia notre Stewart/Cuisinière est une personne adorable. Elle nous a fait divinement bien à manger.

Une remarque cependant, même si ça ne change pas le fait que cette croisière est sublime, nous avons trouvé dommage de quitter la marina seulement le dimanche aux alentours de midi et d’y revenir le vendredi soir. Cela fait perdre 2 jours en mer. Nous aurions pu partir le samedi et revenir le samedi et visiter plus d’iles.

Nous avons vraiment adoré cette croisière. Et quand nous en referont une, car nous en referons une, nous choisirons Globe Sailor. Nous remercions aussi Marion et Emmanuelle, nos conseillères sur ce voyage, toujours disponible et à l’écoute.

La verdad que ha sido un crucero inolvidable, el mejor viaje de mi vida. Hemos ido a sitios preciosos que el capitán del barco conocía, hemos nadado con tiburones, mantas raya, tortugas, cerdos, mil peces de colores... Aguas totalmente cristalinas y playas de arena blanca y fina.
Hemos tenido muchísima suerte tanto con el capitán como con la cocinera. El primero, Patrick, tenía muchísima experiencia de capitán, de guía de tiburones, de guía de buceo, sabía hacer absolutamente de todo y te daba muchísima confianza. La segunda, Vicky, es una nutricionista que nos ha hecho unas comidas deliciosas a la vez que sanas.
Además el barco es una auténtica pasada, moderno, confortable, bastante espacioso para ser un barco y con todo lo necesario para divertirse. Sí que recomiendo llevarse una máscara de snorkel de cara completa, ya que las que tienen ellos son un poco malas y se empañan constantemente.
No le doy las 5 estrellas por dos razones, la primera que la gente de la recepción que nos atendió el primer y último día en la marina eran muy bordes y la segunda que de las 7 noches que pasas a bordo del barco 2 de ellas el barco está atracado en la marina, con lo cual son 2 días totalmente perdidos de 7, lo cual me parece bastante. Desde mi punto de vista deberían de tratar de arreglar este punto, ya que todos los que íbamos en el barco nos quejamos de eso.
Por todo lo demás, ha sido un crucero de 10!!!
