The catamaran was in great condition, because it was very well taken by Matteo, the assigned "care-giver" to this boat.
We had good surprises when boarding (beer and coffee was offered).
Our skipper was great; friendly, very conscientious about safety, and teaching us basic sailing things).

The boat was ok, the only problem was the windlas that broke on Wednesday bit the charter company helped to handle that
The home marina is a bit far from the center but calm and nice
A good chance to go to Corso but worth booking marina in advance

Accolti a Portoferraio da Jorge, resposabile di base, molto competente e cortese. Il marina è un pò defilato rispetto al paese ma in macchina sono 5 min.
Barca spaziosa e con tutti i confort, facile da gestire anche da soli con il piccolo fiocco autovirante.
Servizi in marina puliti.
Unica pecca: è stato dimenticato aperto l'oblò di una cabina e il giorno prima del ns arrivo ed è piovuto pertanto i materassi le coperte ei cuscini erano bagnati.
Bellissimo giro di 150 miglia tra le isole Giglio, Capraia ed Elba. Consiglio Porto azzurro per il pittoresco paese e il marina con tutti i servizi

Accoglimento alla base non dei migliori, abbiamo atteso diverse ore, nonostante le intese con il charter per il check-in anticipato.
Poi è tutto filato liscio.
Assistenza puntuale e cordiale, anche nelle manovre in porto.
Servizi in porto non dei migliori, ma comunque funzionali e sufficienti.
Vento e mare ottimi, che hanno consentito di stazionare in rada per l'intera settimana.
Helia molto comodo, ma per contro è di dimensioni troppo grandi, per cui non si trova posto nei porti dell'Elba (nel mese di agosto) e difficilmente si riesce a veleggiare.

Organizzazione "tedesca" degli armatori in una base che, seppure ad un paio di km da Portoferraio, permetteva sia di parcheggiare la macchina, che di accedere sempre alla banchina qualora sorgessere problemi o semplicemente si volesse far sosta in porto in caso di maltempo.
La barca era in ottime condizioni per un charter e tutto funzionava bene, incluse le manovre di vela. Piccoli malfunzionamenti sono stati prontamente sistemati tornando in porto (il tender era bucato, ma ci è stato sostituito e lo staccabatteria si è rotto lasciandoci una giornata senza strumenti).
Di base raccomando caldamente questa barca e questo armatore.

Tutto perfetto! Splendida accoglienza, ottima scelta delle destinazioni (decise sempre con lo Skipper Cristian in base ai nostri gusti)) e un eccezionale servizio da parte della nostra Hostess Lucrezia (ottima cuoca e piacevole, ma discreta, compagnia). Vacanza da ripetere, se possibile con lo stesso equipaggio!
