Captain Christos and his crew were phenomenal! Our cook was a Turkish chef and each meal was plentiful and beyond delicious. The captain taught us a lot about Greek culture and was obviously a seasoned sailor. The gullet was quite comfortable and the crew were constantly doing things to make the trip enjoyable such as taking people special spots while we were anchored.

wind was fickle but gentle which suited us
boat is not great in no wind because the electric motors have a limited range.
however they are lovely and quiet - and the boat sails in 5 knots tws, so they are mostly needed for going in to and out of port. but we had zero wind for the last 3 days and got stuck in rhodes .
Oh. Suggest using insect repellant - we got mosquito bites even with the windows shut!

This was my first time taking yacht cruise. Even I spend a lot of time on the water (SUP surfing, kitesurfing) it was the first experience going with yacht. The Local charter operator do everything in time. They have very professional team and keep their fleet in a very good condition. We didn't face any serious problems with the equipment. Bavaria 41 feet is not too spacious for 6 adults but enough. The rather powerful engine give you much more freedom to go on sails and than catch up in case your crew got bored. The route we chose seems to be pretty standard for this region (Rhodes-Simi-Tilos-Chalki-Rhodes south traverse) but very nice with a lot of lovely lagoons and short day routes between islands.

The skipper was excellent and brought us to beautiful places. We would have liked to use the sails more frequently.
The catamaran was very comfortable but could have been better equipped as far as kitchen utensils is concerned. The closets and drawers did not always close/open properly and the little knobs were very lose.
But we had an unforgettably week!
