Almost new boat unfortunately had 2 broken saloon windows. Great freezer and fridge fantastic saloon. Bedrooms OK but heads very tight. All in we had a great cruise with little to no problems. Worth commenting that the helming position on this boat is extremely compromised with little to no view on the port forward quarter making harbour entry very difficult.

The boat was beautiful, skipper Pablo and chef/1st mate Arit made the trip truly outstanding with amazing food and great experiences. My wife and I travelled with 3 other couples and had a once in a life time experience. Pablo is knowledgeable and flexible keeping the safety and comfort of his guests as a top priority. Arit is a creative and talented chef, adding to life on board with lots of fun and humour. Everyone of us would sail with Pablo and Arit again.

The charter was excellent and the charter company were nice to deal with, However, the gangway on to the boat was dangerous and i would seriously recommend that this is address. We had to walk a single plank to board the vessel,

Perhaps some welcome toiletries in the bathrooms would be nice too

Overall a very relaxing cruise with great weather and warm seas. Compared to Greece, Mallorca has less history but still has its own charm and the water is probably an even more intense blue.

Our crew members Chris and Elena were wonderful company and were always eager to help. They looked after us with a smile and customized the trip to our needs.

Areas for improvement include information on arrival at the Marina to find the boat (the charter company provided no specific info about which catamaran to find at all). Also we missed being able to dock in Puerto Cristo so had a second day of 6 hours of sailing in quite heavy seas which was too much. It is really important to get a berth to break that journey overnight.

Although we did not have the best weather in Mallorca, we had a great vacation. The boat was in great condition and the check-in/out was smooth.

Our 45' catamaran was in excellent condition for a 5-yr old charter boat and the support from the charter company was very good. The cruising area of Mallorca lived-up to it's reputation and provided us with a wonderful vacation. I would charter with this company again in the future.

The Lagoon 450 is not for amateur yachtsmen. The boom height is too high and the crew stations on the flybridge are treacherous.

However, if the boat is used as a motor sailor and floating luxury platform, then Lagoon have achieved their goal.
